Bronze Package

All GLP Packages have the same number of in-classroom training hours but are ranked in terms of in-car training hours. The GLP Bronze Package has 12 in-car hours, plus the use of the car for the ICBC Road Test. It is designed for new drivers who wish to receive the benefits of the GLP, but who also will be completing a large amount of practice hours with a highly engaged and informed Co-Driver.

Register For GLP Bronze

The Graduated License Program (GLP) is accredited by ICBC and allows participating students to take the test to graduate to their Class 5 license 6-months earlier than non-GLP students, providing that they drive prohibition and accident free during their Class 7N phase. The GLP also provides two grade 11 credits to participating students. GST is refundable once proof of driving credits on transcript is shown.

Please remember to leave ample time for lessons and a Road Test. In the spring and summer months, we regularly book a minimum of one month in advance.

Details

Lesson times range from 60 to 90 minutes in length, with the exception of the ICBC Road Test which is 2 hours – a 75 minute lesson including ICBC sign in and use of the car for the Road Test. You’ll receive a full schedule that notes how long each lesson is after registration is complete. 

Prices are subject to change without notice. We will book the initial ICBC road test for you, but ICBC fees are the responsibility of the student and are not included in the cost of any package. Please read this ICBC Student Consent and Release Form which the student will be required to sign.

We created a Financial Award with UNBC!

The award is available for past and current PG Driving For Life Students who are enrolled in an undergraduate program at UNBC. One award of $500 will be given per UNBC Awards Competition based on the following eligibility:

Available to a full-time undergraduate student in satisfactory academic standing. Applicants must be past or present students of the PG Driving For Life Academy who have completed 6 or more lessons. If you’re interested and fit the criteria, please email info@drivingforlife.ca for a letter confirming your eligibility (it will need to be submitted with your application).
